No matter where you live, in a beautiful mountain setting like Canmore or high paced city life like Calgary, there are pressures and stresses that can slowly, or not so slowly, eat away at your enjoyment of life. You experience a lack of motivation, low energy, poor sleep, chronic illness, feeling out of control, irritability, anger, worry ... all related to work, personal and family life. Your counselling experience can be an opportunity to address the life stresses or obstacles preventing you from moving forward to live a life of what you value most highly and learning to better manage the lesser, but necessary, priorities in your life. With counselling and your willingness, I can assist you to move through and past the difficulties to your internal and external resources, which can allow you to move forward in a more rewarding and meaningful life of your design and choice. In moving forward from the difficulties, counselling can also assist you to identify and to answer the important questions in your life, such as "What do I want to stand for?", "What really matters to me?", "How can I live a life of meaning and be happy or at least be content with it?"
